Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in civil, architectural, and structural engineering construction. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, including managing QA/QC documentation, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure quality and precision in all construction activities, interfacing with multidisciplinary teams.

· Oversee and manage QA/QC documentation for the entire project, including certificates, calibration, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and site observations.

· Develop and maintain standards for inspections and testing, ensuring adherence to high-quality processes and methodologies.

· Monitor the quality of materials delivered on-site, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality requirements.

· Supervise the implementation of testing and inspection schedules, coordinating with teams to conduct quality audits and ensure procedural compliance.

· Assist team members in understanding and adhering to quality standards, working closely with contractors and suppliers to maintain system quality.

· Manage equipment lifting operations and hazardous materials storage, conducting regular quality audits.

· Record and analyze project activities, ensuring all work meets defined quality requirements.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality assurance standards, continuously applying these to work methods and recommending corrective actions as needed.

· Develop method statements, including risk assessments, job safety environmental analysis, and inspection test plans based on project specifications.

· Liaise with the Technical Engineer for the submission of material submittals to consultants.

· Coordinate inspections with consultant representatives and site managers.

Requirement:

1) Must have experience in quality department in Real Estate Industry.

2) Minimum 5 – 10 years experience in Civil QAQC profile.

3) Ready to travel on sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per month
