• Responsibility to achieve the overall area office Retail Sales targets (AUM targets & Market sh
are)and facilitate growth through the development & implementation of an effective sales
andmarketing strategy as cascaded from the Corporate Sales and marketing t
eam.
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market rese
archfor the respective area office supported by on-going visits to cli
ents
• Plan a strategic and feasible layout of the potential mapping of the entire area office. This sh
ouldbe done in alignment with the overall corporate p
lan.
• Achieve the targets as set by your reporting Manager which would change from time to time
andwould be communicated to you as decided by the Manage
ment
• Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients of the territory under his/her s
copeof supervis
ion.
• Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to cli

• Data reporting to management and gathering market intellig

• Support and contribute towards the Area's revenue and profitability tar
