Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell financial products such as equities, mutual funds, SIPs, IPOs, and insurance to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor client accounts to anticipate needs and provide relevant investment guidance.
  • Address client queries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to implement business growth strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
