Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara for a Sales Executive role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves preparing proposals, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the marketing team to identify market opportunities and trends is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Ability to prepare persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts effectively
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC products and flow measurement systems
  • Experience in market analysis and identifying industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in the HVAC or related industry is a significant advantage
