As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and activities of an organisation. Your primary objective will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information while providing strategic guidance to support the organization's financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and cash flow management.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to minimize errors and fraud.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager, Accountant, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
