What You'll Do

  • Write and execute manual test cases for web and API features.
  • Perform functional, UI, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Report and track bugs in Jira, with clear reproduction steps.
  • Test APIs with Postman
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to maintain high quality.
  • Ability to debug and log analysis using network logs and console.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of hands-on QA experience.
  • Strong in web/UI testing and API testing.
  • Tools: Jira, Postman.
  • Solid understanding of severity vs. priority in bug reporting.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, independent work style.

Screening Questions (answer in the form)

  • Experts and clients on Topmate may be in different time zones, which can complicate scheduling. How would you verify that a booking made in one time zone is correctly reflected for the other party in their local time?
  • Outline how you would test the payment workflow for a booking. What test cases would you execute to ensure a smooth transaction for successful payments for bookings.
  • Checkout the portal and try to find at least 3 major functional bugs on the topmate dashboard.
