Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, visually consistent, and user-centric interfaces.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, be adept at creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with our U.S.-based product and engineering teams.
  • A strong eye for design detail, grammar, and consistency is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user-friendly, visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to guide data-driven design decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and refine UI designs for production.
  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and improve product experience.
  • Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and accessibility compliance (WCAG standards) across all digital products.
  • Review and refine content for grammar, punctuation, and design clarity.
  • Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions with U.S.-based teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, UX research methods, and UI tools to continuously enhance product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Developer or Designer.
  • Proven expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision (or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and information architecture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — must be comfortable working with U.S. teams daily.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address design and usability challenges.
  • High attention to detail ensuring pixel-perfect, accessible, and consistent output.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ).
  • Experience in SaaS or AI-driven communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflow automation.
