Role & responsibilities

  • Profile should be able to handle team of 8-10 reportees. Recruit, Coach and enhance productivity of RDMs
  • Result oriented and drive top line of the unit as per budget
  • Adhere the process & business hygiene result in to profitability/bottom line
  • Distribution Development recruitment, activation and nurturing of LA/Advisors
  • Maintain case size and case rate as per company guideline
  • Collaborate with other support functions to ensure seamless business operations
  • Believe in customer centricity and act as an ambassador of Kotak Life

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate with 10+ years of Agency Sales experience
  • Localite from location & well versed about market dynamics
  • Stable profile with proven track record
  • Good in Team Development and nurturing talent
  • Vintage Sales Manager with proven performance can be considered
  • Certification from III would be an additional advantage
