Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FIT Sales Training Manager to join our Learning & OD team at MHRIL. This role is critical in reinforcing sales capabilities post the Mentora intervention and will focus on on-the-job coaching, performance enablement, and capability building for Relationship Managers (RMs) across key locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coaching & Field Support

  • Travel across 5 key locations over 12 days to support RMs during live B2B and B2C calls.
  • Provide real-time coaching to enhance call effectiveness, improve conversion metrics, and support mid and BQ performers.

Skill Reinforcement & Capability Building

  • Reinforce FIT Sales Inner Mindset & Outer Skill framework through live simulations and feedback.
  • Facilitate role plays, case studies, and sales scenario simulations.
  • Promote the use of tools like FAB, SPANCO, SPIN, Sales Filter, and 7 YES Set.

Performance Enablement

  • Coach RMs on prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Support RMs in creating and executing weekly sales activity plans and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred: Hospitality background)
  • Familiarity with FIT Sales Selling Skills Workshop or similar frameworks
