About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, well-connected, and results-driven
CSR Fundraiser Executive
to raise CSR funds from corporates for our
Government of Maharashtra–approved, AI-driven Student Upskilling Program
. The ideal candidate should have strong corporate relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft compelling business cases and fundraising pitches.

Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Fundraising & Corporate Engagement

• Identify, target, and engage corporates with CSR mandates aligned to education, digital skilling, AI literacy, and youth employability.
• Leverage personal networks, CXO-level connects, and industry relationships to secure CSR partnerships.
• Drive end-to-end fundraising cycle—from outreach to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and pitches to decision-makers and CSR heads.

2. Proposal Development & Presentation

• Create high-quality CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets, and impact frameworks.
• Develop and present business cases showcasing the value and social impact of the AI Upskilling Program.
• Prepare pitch decks, reports, project plans, and customized presentations for each corporate.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with CSR foundations, corporate CSR teams, industry bodies, and chambers of commerce.
• Collaborate internally with program, operations, and leadership teams to design high-impact CSR solutions.
• Track donor requirements, compliance guidelines, and reporting expectations.

4. Market Research & Strategy

• Map CSR opportunities, CSR budgets, active donors, and emerging CSR trends in education and skilling sectors.
• Develop fundraising strategies to achieve quarterly and annual funding targets.
• Maintain strong understanding of CSR statutory requirements under Companies Act, 2013.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain updated fundraising pipeline, reports, and documentation.
• Support donor reporting, MoUs, impact snapshots, and program updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

Communication & Presentation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make compelling presentations and articulate value propositions confidently.
• Strong storytelling skills for impact-based sales pitches.

Corporate & CSR Networks

• Well-connected within corporate ecosystem (CSR heads, HR heads, CXOs, foundations).
• Proven track record of closing CSR funding deals.

Sales & Negotiation

• Strong sales orientation with experience in B2B fundraising or corporate partnerships.
• Ability to negotiate contracts, budgets, and partnership terms.

Analytical & Proposal Skills

• Ability to create business cases, ROI/impact models, and customized CSR proposals.
• Strong understanding of education/skilling CSR landscape is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Social Work, Communications, or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, sales, or institutional fundraising.
• Familiarity with government-approved skilling or education programs is an advantage.
