Role Description

The Dean of the Business School of Management at Alard University Pune will lead and oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school. The role includes strategic planning, curriculum design, faculty recruitment and development, fostering industry partnerships, and ensuring high academic standards. The Dean will also promote research, mentor faculty, and spearhead initiatives to advance the school's reputation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in academic administration, strategic planning, and faculty management.
  • Expertise in curriculum development, research, and fostering collaborations with industry and academic institutions.
  • Strong communication, mentorship, and team-building skills.
  • Sound understanding of business management disciplines and trends in higher education.
  • Proficiency in delivering quality education while maintaining institutional standards and fostering innovation.
  • Doctorate degree in Management or a closely related field, with significant teaching or research experience.
  • Experience in accreditation processes and quality assurance is advantageous.
  • Ability to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and academic excellence.
