Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on their interests and choices and help them make the right career decisions.
  • Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection.
  • Provide students with information on such topics as college degree programs and admission requirements, financial aid opportunities, and apprenticeship programs.
  • Evaluate individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, and professional sources.
  • Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration.
  • Conduct follow-up interviews with counselees to determine if their needs have been met.
  • Coordinate with various business associates to handle their application forms and conversions
  • Achieving admission numbers for the year

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with an educational institution.
  • Graduation in any field. Candidates with an MBA degree in any field will be preferred
  • Should be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Should be proactive and persuasive
  • Uses soft, polite, and courteous language
  • Maintain clear communication with the higher authorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹48,009.32 per month
