Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of purchases. Additional responsibilities include tracking inventory levels, maintaining procurement records, ensuring cost efficiency, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Procurement and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and secure favorable terms.
  • Vendor management and inventory control experience to oversee supply chains effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with internal departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; knowledge of procurement software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
