Josh Technology Group was launched in 2009 and it has been 15 years since our inception & we have been profitable from day 1 & aspire to reach new heights. JTG is a bootstrapped organization that has multiple fully owned software products. JTG acts as a Product Builder for multiple US & UK-based startups. JTG has successfully created and launched more than 100 products, spread across various industries, and is working on many more exciting new ones. We act as CTO offices for various companies across the globe. When we say CTO offices, we kind of own the product end to end. We work with the CXO teams on the product roadmap, and on the technology roadmaps, and we own end-to-end development of it.

What does JTG do?

We work on only the latest & trending technologies & never shy away from inculcating the latest technologies in the organization. Currently, we are extensively working on the technologies like - NodeJS, Golang, Flutter, Java, Python, Django, ROR, PHP, Spark, Angular, Angular JS, React (JS and Native) DevOps: AWS, GCP (Google Firebase), Azure, Terraform, Ansible, etc.

We work on projects and products in domains like Healthcare, Healthcare e-commerce, e-commerce, Healthcare Transportation, Fintech, Edutech, and Parking Solutions.

Our very own software product, Pod.AI is in the recruitment & assessment industry and it has received an overwhelming response in the market.

Job Specifications

Required Experience: 0-4 years of experience.

Work Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from office

Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation in any domain, preferably an MBA in HR from a college of repute

Role & Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Recruitment and Selection of qualified and suitable candidates for both technical and non-technical positions in the organization based on the approved manpower budget.
• Handle the entire recruitment cycle and source candidates of suitable caliber from various sources like Job Portals, Postings, Walk-ins, Social Media, and Internal or External References.
• Manage profiles through referrals.
• Coordinate directly with the Technical Leads, Managers, and Technical Recruitment Team to define the selection process.
• Extensive follow-up to expedite the selection process and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Create and maintain MIS on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis.
• Coordinate in the timely release of job postings.
• Participate in conducting Interview Tests / Evaluations.
• Update the Recruitment Management System(RMS) on a regular basis.

Operations:

• Handle tasks including but not limited to conducting induction, joining formalities, etc.
• Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation. Handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Own and contribute to a wide range of HR activities across employee experience, internal communication, and more.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for day-to-day HR support in office, including but not limited to: employee relations, communication, onboarding, employee transitions, policy advice and compliance.

Required Skill-Set

• Strong Analytical, Problem problem-solving skills, participation in all activities with urgency, a results orientation, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong experience in hunting the right candidates from various Job portals, Social Media, Job Consultants, and other sourcing mechanisms.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft & G Suite.
• Good experience in Vendor Management.
• Self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership.
• Employee-centric and positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and has an internal drive to produce high-quality work.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent team player with strong skills in Research, Analysis, and Coordination.
• Ability to incorporate new processes as required.
