Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction, erection, and installation of solar dryers and polyhouses.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications.
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and share technical feedback with the project team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues during construction and installation.
  • Train local workers and contractors on assembly, maintenance, and safe operation of systems.
  • Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and material usage at project sites.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports and checklists.
  • Support after-sales service and maintenance activities at client locations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering / Civil / Renewable Energy or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field engineering, preferably in polyhouse, greenhouse, or solar dryer projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GI structures, poly sheets, shade nets, automation systems, and solar drying technology.
  • Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Hindi preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project sites as required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
