Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound/inbound calls to customers for banking and e-commerce projects.

* Explain company services and offers in a clear and convincing manner.

* Maintain customer data and follow up as required.

* Achieve daily and weekly call/target goals.

* Handle client queries politely and professionally.

Required Skills:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).

* Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

* Positive attitude and self-motivated.

* 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate – all can apply.

* Freshers, students, and housewives are welcome.

* Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.

Salary:

* Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depends on your experience)
