Role Overview

As the Performance Marketer, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other major platforms. The focus is on driving revenue, maximizing ROI, and ensuring sustained online sales growth for apparel brands through performance marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Leadership: Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), and additional platforms. Target D2C e-commerce goals including ROAS and conversion.
• Strategy & Innovation: Formulate and refine strategies to increase brand visibility and sales, drawing on industry best practices specific to apparel e-commerce.
• Conversion Optimization: Use advanced analytics and A/B testing to continually lower acquisition costs, increase conversion rates, and identify high-performing campaign elements.
• Multi-Channel Expertise: Navigate and optimize customer journeys across multiple channels including paid ads, email, and influencer collaborations as needed.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze full-funnel performance metrics using GA4, Google Analytics, and Shopify Analytics. Present actionable insights, dashboards, and detailed ROI reports to leadership.
• Team Collaboration: Work with SEO, content, and creative teams for cohesive campaign messaging and high-converting landing and product pages.
• Record of Results: Demonstrate prior success managing large budgets, scaling e-commerce sales for apparel, and achieving measurable increases in ROI and sales growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce apparel brands, with proven results in revenue and ROI improvement.iimjobs+1​
• Strong expertise with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, advanced attribution, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.velvetjobs+1​
• Deep knowledge of fashion/apparel customer behavior, funnel management, and segmentation.thedigitalimpressions​
• Experience with Shopify and other major e-commerce platforms.
• Track record of driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and managing multi-crore annual ad spends with cost control and ​
