Role Overview
We're looking for a high-performing B2B Marketing Executive who can build and manage strategic relationships with luxury businesses — from 5-star hotels and real estate developers to international schools and wedding planners.
Your goal: Bring in bulk clients who align with our brand ethos, and create partnerships that drive both business growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and build relationships with decision-makers at:
5-star hotels (staff attire, hospitality partnerships)
Luxury real estate groups (sales teams, CRM teams)
International schools (faculty and counsellor uniforms)
Wedding planners and premium event curators
Pitch 108 Bespoke's offerings with confidence and clarity.
Plan and execute B2B campaigns, collaborations, and events to generate leads.
Coordinate with design and production teams to deliver on partnership requirements.
Maintain CRM data and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Represent 108 Bespoke at networking forums, trade shows, and BNI-style business platforms.
Report performance metrics and growth outcomes weekly.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or luxury sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills — you must be able to sell an idea with conviction.
Deep understanding of premium clientele and brand positioning.
A network or background in hospitality, fashion, luxury, or real estate is a big plus.
Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable managing high-profile relationships.
Excellent written, spoken English (and preferably Hindi/Telugu).
