This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in large-scale facility management and a deep understanding of complex Building Management Systems (BMS), Lighting Management Systems (LMS), and Property Management Systems (PMS).Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategy and implementation of digital solutions across building management systemsManage and optimize the Operational Technology (OT) network infrastructureOversee the integration and performance of BMS, LMS, and PMS platformsDrive innovation and efficiency through technology adoption and process improvementEnsure system reliability, security, and compliance across all digital building systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with operational needsDevelop and implement data analytics strategies to enhance building performanceRequirements:10-15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with significant focus on building systems integrationProven experience managing large-scale building technology systemsExpert knowledge of BMS, LMS, and PMS platforms and their integrationStrong understanding of OT networks and cybersecurity in building environmentsAdvanced networking expertise, including TCP/IP, VLAN configuration, routing protocols, and network security implementationProficiency in virtual environment management (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) and cloud integration strategiesComprehensive knowledge of Windows server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows-based application deploymentExperience with digital transformation initiatives in facility managementExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or related fieldRelevant certifications in building systems, facility management, networking (CCNA/CCNP), or Microsoft technologiesExperience with IoT implementation and smart building technologiesBackground in energy management and sustainability initiativesLocation: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
