Job Title: PRM Senior Salesforce Developer

Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building customizations and delivering scalable solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms. You will partner closely with business stakeholders across sales, operations, legal, finance, and product teams to translate business needs into efficient, scalable, and user-friendly technical solutions. This position offers high visibility within both IT and business stakeholder groups and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in an agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, legal, finance, and product to gather and analyze requirements through interviews, workshops, data analysis, and workflow evaluation.

• Critically evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources to distinguish true business needs from user requests.

• Design, configure, and develop system changes and customizations on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

• Develop and maintain Lightning Components (Aura or Lightning Web Components - LWC) to enhance user experience.

• Build and customize Digital Experience sites for external users using Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• Understand and manage the Salesforce data model and security model, including data sharing, visibility, and object/field-level security for both internal and external users.

• Ensure solutions are portable and deployable across multiple environments using automated deployment pipelines.

• Adhere to team standards for solution design, code quality, configuration, and testing; actively participate in peer code reviews.

• Work independently and collaboratively within a scrum team environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Collaborate with other technical teams to build integrated solutions and support troubleshooting of integration issues.

• Scope, plan, and estimate development tasks accurately, balancing risk and effort effectively.

• Build and demonstrate prototypes to stakeholders and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or Salesforce implementation.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development.

• Proven expertise in building Lightning Components (Aura and/or LWC).

• Experience in creating and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites for external users.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model including data sharing, visibility, and object/field security.

• Familiarity with Source Code Management (SCM) tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or git.

• Ability to design scalable solutions, decompose complex problems, and support delivery by other developers.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software development best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Loyalty Management, Rebates Management (a plus)

• Experience with DevOps automation tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins (a plus)

• Document generation and eSignature solutions (a plus)
