About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions that support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions
  • Create Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (LWC)
  • Build and configure workflows, validation rules, and process automations
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements
  • Ensure code quality, security, and best practices in Salesforce development
  • Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration: workflows, page layouts, profiles, roles, etc.
  • Experience with REST & SOAP integrations
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model and best development practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
  • Experience with CI/CD tools in Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with advanced Lightning development
  • Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
