Requirements Looking for a Salesforce - Lead , who will be responsible for successful completion of development, review, unit testing, deployment and maintenance of the assigned applications and understanding business requirements, development, reviewing code, writing unit test scenarios and fixing defects for in use modules/applications.

Experience: 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development. Basic Knowledge of Agent Force/Data Cloud.

Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment across complex business use cases.

Core Skills: Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and Salesforce Security/Data Models.

Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with Salesforce architectural best practices.

Team Management: Guide developers/admins, conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior talent.

DevOps: Hands-on with version control (Git), CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset), and deployment automation.

Certifications Required: Application Architect

Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Duties:

● Participate in project meetings

● Contribute to/ suggest improvements in the deliverable's functional specifications in the usability and implement ability reviews

● Analyze requirement/ program logic provided by management for ensuring clarity of desired specification

● Produce code that meets design, style and quality requirements

● Complete development activity in accordance with published plan

● Work closely with the customer throughout the development process, if required and build relationship by prompt service/ feedback

● Provide ongoing technical support to the customer

● Troubleshoot issues faced by customer

● Conduct unit testing for own module to ensure mapping with software specifications

● Recognize and fix implementation problems identified in the project code during development/module integration, usability or implement ability reviews

● Document code clearly and thoroughly according to the standardized style requirement

● Develop user/technical documentation, wherever required

● Work towards developing own skills on the specified technologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
