  • Attend and respond promptly to incoming customer/client calls regarding reefer container issues.
  • Log and track all support queries using the internal ticketing system.
  • Diagnose basic technical problems or escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams.
  • Provide accurate information and step-by-step guidance to customers to troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage technician visits based on the diagnosed issue, ensuring the right resources are deployed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with field service engineers or vendors, if necessary, to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a record of recurring issues and work with internal teams to improve support processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest features, functionalities, and troubleshooting protocols of reefer containers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
