About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Entry and Documentation Specialist who demonstrates accuracy, organization, and reliability. The ideal candidate must have
excellent English communication and writing skills
, an
exceptionally fast typing speed,
and the ability to maintain well-structured documentation.
This position is perfect for someone proactive,
detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and maintain high-quality internal documentation for processes, systems, and tools.
- Enter, verify, and manage accurate data in both paper-based and digital formats.
- Create structured, well-organized reports aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to simplify complex workflows into understandable content.
- Design and maintain Notion or similar knowledge base systems as centralized repositories.
- Ensure version control, accuracy, and up-to-date documentation across all projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and writing proficiency (mandatory).
- Excellent typing speed with accuracy and consistency and
attention to detail.

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Experience preparing professional reports and maintaining documentation systems.
- Assertive, proactive, and capable of managing work efficiently under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Python programming knowledge is a plus (not mandatory).
Eligibility and Work Details
- Relevant experience in data entry, documentation, or administrative roles.
- Onsite position located at Banashankari, Bangalore.
- Candidates must bring their own laptop to work.
