We are a growing E-commerce company, specializing in digital goods and services for domestic and international clients. With over 5 years of business experience, we have successfully delivered software and services worldwide through our online platforms.
Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Baranagar, North Kolkata (Candidates should be based in or near North Kolkata)
Job Type: Full-time (In-house, Non-target based)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through emails, live chat, and phone calls.
- Ensure minimum turnaround time in resolving user queries and complaints.
- Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional customer service at all times.
- Document user feedback and suggest process/product improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (inbound/outbound support preferred), ideally in e-commerce or internet-based companies.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Bengali, English, and Hindi.
- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving ability.
- Strong commitment to the 'Customer First' principle.
- Hands-on experience with help desk software and remote support tools is an advantage.
