Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Develop and execute engaging content, posts, and campaigns that foster community building and increase audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to inform strategy.
  • Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.

Email Marketing

  • Plan, create, and execute various email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and drip campaigns.
  • Segment audiences to ensure personalized and targeted communication.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
  • Implement optimization strategies to improve communication effectiveness and customer engagement.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform keyword research and optimize website and blog content for better search engine rankings.
  • Increase organic traffic, improve visibility, and build high-quality backlinks.
  • Upload and manage blogs on Google platforms as required.
  • Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance across social media, email, and SEO channels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
  • Ability to segment audiences, create targeted campaigns, and optimize based on data.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and uploading blogs on Google.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Graduation or Relevant Degree
