JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role is at the intersection of strategy, creativity, data analytics, and team leadership. You will be responsible for managing the overall digital marketing strategy, guiding a team of marketing specialists, and ensuring all our digital marketing efforts contribute to achieving our business goals of brand growth, lead generation, and customer loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts and tools of digital marketing and be able to translate strategic business objectives into actionable, high-performing campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and optimize the digital marketing technology stack (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, CRM, automation tools).

Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
• Ensure campaigns are data-driven, customer-centric, and performance-oriented.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including SEO, PPC, content, social media, email marketing, and design specialists.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and support professional development.
Budget & ROI Management
• Own the digital marketing budget; allocate spend strategically across channels.
• Track and report on ROI, CAC, and LTV:CAC to ensure financial efficiency.
Performance Analytics
• Monitor KPIs across all tiers: business impact, channel performance, and website metrics.
• Translate data into actionable insights and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Brand & Engagement
• Strengthen the brand's digital footprint and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Drive audience engagement and community building through meaningful digital interactions. KEY

• Content: Pageviews, downloads, leads per content
Funnel & Website Metrics
• Website traffic (sessions, users, sources)

• Conversion metrics (goal completions, conversion rate) REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, Shopify), CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), and marketing automation tools.
