Position: HR Intern

Location: Kolkata

Stipend: INR 5,000 - INR 10,000/- (per month)

Duration: 6 months

PPO opportunity is open for deserving and promising Intern.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help in organizing and coordinating training programs and events.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting employee orientations and exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing Final year last semester or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree/BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
  • Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus.
