Job Summary

We are seeking a
hands-on AI Engineer
with
2–3 years of experience
delivering production-grade AI solutions. This is a
strategic position
where you'll work on advanced AI initiatives — including
LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows
— to build intelligent, scalable systems.

You will be responsible for
building, fine-tuning, and deploying models
, integrating them into production environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design & Build:
    Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world business problems.
  2. LLM Engineering:
    Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs (OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) for domain-specific tasks.
  3. RAG & Multi-Agent Systems:
    Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, vector search workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
  4. API Development:
    Build scalable inference APIs with FastAPI/Flask, focusing on concurrency and performance.
  5. Deployment & MLOps:
    Collaborate with DevOps to containerize models (Docker) and deploy them on AWS/GCP/Azure.
  6. Model Monitoring:
    Track performance in production, iterate to improve accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  7. Continuous Learning:
    Stay updated with AI trends and propose innovative solutions for client projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience
    in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related software development roles.
  • At least one end-to-end AI project
    where you worked across multiple teams and led the technical delivery from initial design through deployment and monitoring.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong foundation in
    Python
    and ML/AI fundamentals (transformers, embeddings, NLP).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one GenAI/LLM framework (
    OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex
    ).
  • Experience integrating AI models into production systems and building REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with
    containerization
    (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
