Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work from home.

As a Founding Partner, you will collaborate in setting the strategic vision for the company, drive key AI projects, and oversee the development and implementation of intelligent systems.

Daily tasks include managing teams, coordinating research efforts, liaising with industry partners, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Your role will also involve hands-on coding, algorithm development, and contributing to the design of innovative AI solutions.

**Partnership will be based on equity split.

Investment is recommended.**

Qualifications

  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Strong background in Research, Algorithm Development, and Systems Design
  • Expertise in AI integrations across various industries such as medical, space, engineering, and security
  • Leadership skills including team management, strategic planning, and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python and Java ( Recommended but not necessary)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office presence with remote work
  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Proven track record of innovation and achieving milestones in AI projects
