About the job:

Key responsibilities:

A. Data Collection & Preparation
1. Gather, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
2. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for model training and analysis.

B. Model Development & Training
1. Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models.
2. Experiment with algorithms to solve problems such as prediction, classification, recommendation, or optimization.

C. AI System Integration
1. Deploy AI models into existing systems, software, or workflows.
2. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI components into production environments (APIs, cloud, etc.).
3. Work on LLM models

D. Research & Innovation
1. Stay updated with emerging AI frameworks, technologies, and industry trends.
2. Prototype and test new AI methods to drive innovation within the organization.

E. Collaboration & Communication
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams (data engineers, developers, business managers).
2. Translate technical results into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.

2. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

3. Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving, mathematical, and statistical skills. Ability to interpret data and generate actionable business insights.

4. Communication Skills: Ability to present complex technical findings in a clear, business-friendly manner. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

5. Work Approach: Self-driven, curious, and eager to explore new technologies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

6. Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years preferred for mid-level roles (flexible based on skills and portfolio). Fresh graduates with strong project or research experience can also apply.
