Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Team Leader to join our team in Sector 19, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and handle escalations when needed.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to streamline processes.
  • Prepare performance reports and share updates with higher management.
  • Conduct training and onboarding for new team members as required.
  • Maintain discipline, team morale, and a positive work culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) is an advantage.
