Job Overview:
As a Product Advisor, you'll engage directly with potential customers via outbound calls and walk-ins, converting leads into paying members. This is a high-impact sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospects using provided leads
- Convert free members to paid plans by following a structured sales process
- Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and lead updates
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, talk time, and revenue
- Interact with walk-in clients (if assigned) and promote membership offerings
- Ensure excellent communication and negotiation during every interaction
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC qualification
- At least 1 year of telesales or sales experience
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Clear speech and fluency in spoken English
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in regional languages
