Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, presentable, and highly skilled Executive Secretary to support senior management with administrative, secretarial, and communication needs. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a polished personality. The ideal candidate must also have hands-on knowledge of social media platforms to assist in executive branding, online communication, and corporate visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Draft, review, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle calls, emails, and visitor interactions with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Organize domestic/international travel, itineraries, and event coordination.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Assist in managing executives' professional presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Draft posts, coordinate content, and track engagement for corporate branding.
- Maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
- Represent the executive office with a confident, presentable, and polished demeanor.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary/Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms for professional and corporate use.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Work Environment
- Location: Noida
