Role & responsibilities
Salesforce Admin Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role bridges technical administration and user support, ensuring smooth operation, data integrity, and high user satisfaction across departments.
User Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts; manage roles, profiles, and permissions.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain clean, accurate data through validation rules, duplicate management, and scheduled reports.
- Support & Training: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to users; conduct training sessions and create user guides.
- Customization: Configure objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, and automation tools like Process Builder and Flow.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain system documentation, change logs, and training materials.
- Relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar support role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
- Experience with tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Basic knowledge of Apex or SQL.
- Experience with third-party integrations or App Exchange tools.
