Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end BESS project lifecycle, from concept and design to vendor selection, procurement, commissioning, and performance optimization in hybrid solar environments.
  • Define technical standards, architecture, and engineering guidelines for utility-scale BESS and solar hybrid systems.
  • Lead the technical integration of PV cells and solar modules, ensuring compatibility with BESS configurations to deliver optimized solar + BESS solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team covering electrical, mechanical, and thermal systems.
  • Engage with business development, procurement, construction, regulators, utilities, and clients to drive project momentum.
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards (IEEE, IEC, NEC, NFPA).
  • Prepare RFQs, technical proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, and support PPA and EPC negotiations while optimizing design for cost efficiency and long-term operation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in PV cell technologies, battery chemistries, inverters, grid interconnectivity, and thermal/packaging systems.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strategic mindset focused on innovation and scalability.

Experience Required:

  • years of experience in solar PV system engineering, project development, and deployment.
  • Proven success in managing BESS integrations with renewable energy projects from design to commissioning.
  • Strong background in regulatory compliance and renewable energy policy frameworks.
  • History of leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-million-dollar energy infrastructure projects.
  • Track record of optimizing hybrid energy systems for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Education: Any Graduation.
