Position: Senior Sales Executive

Level: T2

Experience: 2 years in Team Handling

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

About the Role

We are looking for Associate Investment Managers with strong communication skills, customer-focused behavior, and the ability to engage and convince clients to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenants.
  • Schedule & conduct property site visits with clients.
  • Handle negotiations between owners and tenants to ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Maintain and update daily activity reports as per company standards.
  • Build and expand the offline broker network, fostering strong relationships.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong customer relationship management.
  • Proven sales & negotiation skills.
  • High energy, confidence & enthusiasm.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on experience & performance in interview).

Education

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Postgraduates welcome).
