  • Review and update maintenance procedures, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Lead failure analysis investigations and provide technical support to field teams.
  • Evaluate new and existing equipment for reliability improvements and standardization.
  • Utilize reliability tools such as FMEA, RCM, Weibull Analysis, etc.
  • Manage asset management systems (e.g., CMMS, EAM platforms) for effective data collection and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management engineering roles.
