Job Summary:

Seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer (B.Tech) with 10+ years of proven expertise in Commercial Real Estate Project Execution within a leading construction company or real estate developer. The candidate should have a strong background in commercial building development, with added advantage for those familiar with regulatory authorities such as GNIDA, YEIDA, and UPSIDA. The role demands exceptional technical knowledge, leadership ability, and execution skills to ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Role Description

The candidate will be responsible for timely delivery of milestones as per the schedule using the in-house expertise along with contract / third party vendors:

● Thorough understanding of construction materials and construction methodology

● Sound understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work by focusing on structural aspects, ensuring integration with MEP systems and collaborating with MEP engineers on site and in design

● Safety management on site

● Quality control and Quality assurance on site

● Team Leadership: Build and grow a team of engineers to lead and deliver assigned objectives MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects by focusing on structural aspects, ensuring integration with MEP systems, and collaborating with MEP engineers on site and in design

Qualifications

B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
