Location: Greater Noida

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure project is delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget. Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation & Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of project. Well versed in preparation of Gantt charts or other planning tools.
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders. Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks. Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
- Excellence in preparation of project status report, annual business plan (AOPs), 5 years plans and cash projection; driving cost reduction and profitability improvement initiatives process.
- Extensive experience in ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on-time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters; reviewing drawing, and resolving day-to-day problems
- Well versed in preparation and submission of design drawings, calculations for a project encompassing man-power planning, schedule planning, scope identification, input list preparation for civil and structural
- Supervise all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities; Mapped the requirements for the material needed for the sites by liaising with various department
- Experienced in execution & managing various types of projects and infrastructures, Civil & mechanical structures
- Expertise in drawings, executions, boq, billing, cost estimation, contract, quality assurance policy etc. Selection and arrangement of suppliers/ subcontractors, technical negotiations, evaluations & business growth etc.
- Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
- Responsible for health and safety management plans and overseeing implementation of the same as per the guidelines.
- Experience in Techno commercial negotiation, contract management, technical specifications and commercial terms,

Pay: ₹20,191.60 - ₹87,494.00 per month
