Candidate Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver Financial Statement packages for a designated real estate portfolio, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Verify the accuracy of information before submission.
- Conduct Balance Sheet reconciliations and analyze accounts for accuracy.
- Post journal entries to the General Ledger and review periodic reports for errors.
- Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Research, analyze, and explain variances in the Income Statement and changes in the Balance Sheet.
- Assist in preparing additional financial reports as requested by clients.
- Collaborate with independent CPA firms during audits and reviews.
- Analyze and post end-of-year audit adjusting entries.
- Provide assistance and guidance to Property Management regarding monthly Financial Statements.
- Prepare various reports as requested.
- Assist in accounting or operations projects as required.
- Manage daily and monthly bank reconciliations for the assigned multifamily property portfolio.
