Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage teams, coordinate with clients, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high standards of quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include handling administrative tasks, developing strategies for business growth, troubleshooting issues, and managing support services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in team management, project coordination, and client interaction
  • Strong knowledge of fire, safety, security, building automation, and low-voltage products
  • Skills in installation, support/troubleshooting, and maintenance services
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies and provide presales support
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with ICT products such as ELV Solutions, CCTV, ACS, PA, IBMS, IDS, and FAS is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
