What You'll Do
Sales Coordination:
- Assist the sales team in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate and monitor sales activities, ensuring targets are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and supply chain.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Implement customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
Sales Support:
- Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings, trade shows, and other events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage and maintain sales documents, contracts, and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for the sales team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales department.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales, Merchandising, Sales Coordination, marketing, crm, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
