Key Job Responsibilities:
- To provide expert support to the H2R team in terms of process & system knowledge and execution of analytical activities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes (HR Data Administration,) and market-specific knowledge, ensuring acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations
- Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities on employee data management as well as the HR systems and escalate to team lead as necessary
- Executes validation of employee data management & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines
- Gather and analyze transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations domain
- Strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service
- Experience in Success Factors/SAP/Service Now.
- Deep understanding of H2R/ELC process.
- It will be an added advantage if you have knowledge of SAP/SF Reporting, MS Office, Power point and especially MS-Excel.
