Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:-
Client Interaction & Relationship management
Welcome & assist clients during property visits, meetings and events
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients.
Property Visit Coordination
Ensure a professional , hospitable and engaging experience with the walk-ins
Provide accurate information about the project details , amenities & features.
Customer Support
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations teams to provide end-to-end support.
Manage feedback and escalate issues to the relevant departments.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain client records, inquiries and follow-up logs.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on client visits, feedback and service quality.
Brand Representation & Hospitality
Ensure high standard of hospitality in office, lounge or site office environments.
Support in organizing client events, open houses or promotional activites.
Uphold the companys brand image through professional communication and presentation.
Skills & qualification
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in guest relation, hospitality or customer service (real estate preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office , hands on CRM software experience is an advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
