What you will do

  • Manage Dark Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring accurate quality checks, efficient inventory flow, order processing, and timely fulfillment.
  • Inventory & Freshness Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, ensure minimal wastage, and manage ripening/storage processes to guarantee product quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate store teams to meet operational targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage during peak hours while keeping labor costs optimized.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high order accuracy and fresh quality in every delivery through effective coordination with last-mile partners.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations follow Freshly's quality protocols, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–5 years of experience in e-commerce, F&V retail, logistics, or supply chain management — preferably in quick commerce or fast-paced retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-performance teams and drive operational excellence.
