Provide legal advise and support for ATM as a Service Business, contracting matters in India by negotiating, drafting and reviewing ATM site related agreements / documentation, Business related contracts and other support for legal and secretarial matters as may be needed from time to time; support litigation / disputes related matters;  participate in Company's Law Department activities, including development of best practices; participate in special projects; maintain templates that comply with company policies and local laws. Work closely with other departments of the Company including Business, Services, Finance, Tax Procurement and Operations
