Marketing Lead

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and tactical plans for the successful launch of our new specialized nutrition product across India.
  • Identify, build relationships with, and effectively engage relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (e.g., specialists in critical care, respiratory medicine, internal medicine etc.) to drive product advocacy and recommendations.
  • Create compelling, scientifically accurate, and FSSAI and other applicable laws-compliant marketing content (digital, print, video) for both HCPs and patient/caregiver audiences.
  • Lead and execute digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO/SEM, social media engagement (professional and patient focused platforms), email campaigns, and virtual events (e.g., webinars, Q&A sessions).
  • Drive practical, cost-effective on-ground activities such as local health workshops, pharmacy awareness days, and partnerships with local clinics, therapists, or patient support groups for educational outreach.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing activities. Analyze data to optimize strategies, allocate resources efficiently, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, claims, and activities strictly adhere to FSSAI regulations, other applicable laws, and ethical guidelines for clinical nutrition products in India.
  • Manage the marketing budget responsibly, demonstrating strong financial acumen and a focus on maximizing impact with limited resources.
  • Coordinate planning and implementation of initiatives and action plans and report to the project steering committee on plans and progress.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field AND an MBA in Marketing is a mandatory requirement.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant portion (at least 3 years) in the clinical nutrition or pharma or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving growth in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Direct experience engaging with KOLs/HCPs (doctors, dietitians, specialists in relevant areas).
