Who We Are We are a rapidly expanding digital marketing company specializing in delivering AI-powered, performance-first strategies that help small and medium-sized businesses in the United States grow faster and smarter. As we scale, we’re searching for a motivated Appointment Setting Manager to oversee our global team of meeting setters and ensure our sales team consistently receives high-quality, sales-ready meetings.
Team Leadership: Direct and coach a team of appointment setters who engage U.S. prospects through cold outreach.
Build and refine strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting booking to maximize conversions.
Performance Oversight: Track key metrics (calls, meetings booked, attendance rates, etc.) Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to align messaging and outreach campaigns.
Coaching & Training: Provide hands-on guidance to sharpen communication, objection handling, and outreach consistency.
Ensure proper use of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for lead tracking and data hygiene.
Deliver weekly performance updates and improvement strategies to senior leadership.
Proven Experience: At least 5 years working in appointment setting with a focus on U.Leadership Background: 2+ years managing or leading teams within an appointment setting/cold calling function.
~ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing and its value proposition for SMBs.
~ Fluent English, both spoken and written, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
~ Hands-on experience with CRM tools, dialers, and reporting dashboards.
~ Ability to assess team performance, optimize processes, and improve conversion rates.
