We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Creative Designer to design,

manage, and grow our Instagram presence while creating impactful content that inspires our

community.

Key Responsibilities:

● Instagram Growth & Management

  • Plan, design, and execute an Instagram growth strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage day-to-day content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Monitor analytics to track performance, optimize content, and drive follower/engagement growth.

● Content Creation & Video Editing

  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) using tools like Premiere Pro, Clipchamp, Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Create animated social creatives and motion graphics to support campaigns.
  • Translate marketing concepts and wireframes into cohesive visual experiences.

● Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral

  • Design marketing posts, campaign creatives, and brand materials for social
  • media and digital platforms.
  • Ensure visual consistency across brand, motion, and product design systems.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver
  • impactful creatives.

Requirements

● Experience in designing, managing, and growing Instagram pages (portfolio/track record required).

● Strong video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Ads).

● Proficiency in tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, Clipchamp, CapCut (After Effects or similar a plus).

● Graphic design skills to create marketing materials, posts, and brand creatives.

● Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and growth strategies.

● Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
